Dear Friends & Supporters

New Heritage Theatre is proud to be associated with the encore performance of THE FANNIE LOU HAMER STORY featuring Mzuri Moyo Aimbaye. Mzuri, the award winning actress, invites the audience on an historic journey back in time in an entertaining and educationally focused production that is certain to make you laugh out loud and cry with tears of joy and sadness. Come and experience riveting storytelling, emotionally stirring songs of the Civil Rights Era and a graphic video montage celebrating an unsung sheroe who became a catalyst to the passage of the Voter's Rights Act of 1965.
