Celebrating A Road to A Renaissance

The Bomb Shelter: Harlem's Spoken Word Movement, is celebrating 5 Years of Service to the Harlem Community, specifically for but not limited to young men and women ages 14 to 34.

The Bomb Shelter started as a free monthly open mic and has grown to now also provide free concerts, free writing and dancing workshops, and facilitates a summer internship program with SYEP participants.

This gala event is a celebration of the 5 year road to this point and the excitement for the future.
